PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To obtain a transaction system which enables purchasers/borrowers to bid for real estate/movable property articles or goods, purchase/borrow them in the order of application, or have negotiation about them at their desired prices in transactions concerned with dealing/lease of the real estate/movable property articles or goods and makes it possible that probabilities of high successful bid prices are given to sellers/lenders. SOLUTION : The transaction system is provided with; a host computer 10 wherein information for registration, retrieval, bid, dealing in the order of application, negotiation, lottery, etc. about articles/goods for both sellers/lenders and purchasers/borrowers who desire transactions of trade/lease is stored and registered and article information, a plurality of systems, and a price varying program 112 are constructed and stored; a means which provides information about articles/goods being objects of transactions of dealing/lease or the like between sellers/lenders and purchasers/borrowers by connecting a control means 1 to terminal devices 20 to 24 and terminal digital signboards 30 to 32 through a communication system; and a transaction system means for dealing/lease of real estate/movable property articles or goods.
