PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To charge according to the number of inquiries from members about real estate property placed on a Web site.SOLUTION : When a member terminal 200 makes an inquiry about real estate property to a server 100 which provides a Web site through the Internet 400, a server 100 retrieves and acquires the detail information of the property inquired from a property information DB123, and transmits it through the Internet 400 to the member terminal 200. At that time, the number of inquiry data corresponding to the property to be inquired in the property information DB123 is updated.
