PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a system for supporting determination of a bid price of a bidder who predicts a successful bid price with simple, intelligible and less variables as much as possible held by real estate for lease.SOLUTION : The successful bid probability display system of auction of real estate for lease displays at least the lease yield in exhibition in the auction by predicting successful bid probability by a numerical expression including a variable. Furthermore, the numerical expression further includes the number of browsing by which a desired bidder browses an auction site and the number of favorites showing the number of inputs to a favorite file provided in the auction site as variables.
