PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a property retrieval system which is convenient for a user by displaying the peripheral facility information of the property in retrieving such property as real estate by using map information.SOLUTION : After a retrieving means 3 retrieves a database 2, a map in a detail map part 22 in which a map in a whole region map part 21 is enlarged with one of the pertinent property as a reference is displayed in a peripheral facility information display page 107, and a property mark 201g showing the location of the property in the map and peripheral facility marks 202a to 202g showing the locations of the peripheral facilities corresponding to the property are displayed so as to be superimposed on the map, and the peripheral facility information is list-displayed.COPYRIGHT : (C)2007, JPO&INPIT
