PURPOSE : A method and a system for providing a real estate service, and a recording medium thereof are provided to enable a user to correctly understand layout of real estate or easily input detail layout information of the real estate, and increase an AD(ADvertisement) effect by providing AD on a block plan.CONSTITUTION : A layout database(104) stores the layouts of each building in the real estate comprising a plurality of buildings. A photo database(106) stores photo information matched with the buildings and photographing position/direction information. A real estate service server(102) inserts more than one photographing position layer including photographing position/direction information into the layout information and provides the layout information including the photographing position layer to the user. The real estate service server includes a module transmits a photo registration webpage to a user client(100) if a photo registration request is received from the user client.
