PURPOSE : A system and a method for sharing real estate information in the network are provided to enable an information requestor to quickly obtain correct information through real-time conversation with an information registrant such as a distributor, a realtor, and an individual.CONSTITUTION : A DNS(Domain Name Service) server(17) stores/provides a moving image or audio file of PR(Public Relation), a model house, and a registered real estate. A web server(13) operates a homepage, relays text of a member terminal to share the information and directly converse with each member terminal, and enables the DNS server to transmit the moving image or audio file to the member terminal. A messenger server(16) enables members to directly converse with each other without the homepage by linking with the web server. A database(18) stores member information and the real estate lease, trading, and distribution information.? KIPO 2007
