PURPOSE : A portal site for providing real estate auction information including a consulting report is provided to enable a user to make a proper bidding action with specialized knowledge for a real estate auction article by providing objective information and the consulting report for the auction article.CONSTITUTION : A real estate auction information site stores basic information and sub offline information of the real estate auction article provided from a court server by connecting to the court server. The site enables the user to obtain the information of the auction article according to a category by classifying the auction articles into each court, region, date, and case number. The site provides the objective data including article analysis details, right analysis details, and a successful bid estimation/cost analysis result, and the consulting report including consulting data analyzing the objective data by an expert.
