The present invention relates to a method and system for providing a real estate floor plan figure service, where (a) a floor plan draft request is received from a user client for a real estate article being registered for sale. Then, (b) a floor plan drafting application is transmitted to the user client. Here, the floor plan drafting application outputs one or more drawing symbols corresponding to sub-elements composing the real estate article and arranges the one or more sub-elements in a preconfigured zone according to the user' s request. Next, (c) floor plan information drafted by the user through the floor plan drafting application is received, and (d) the floor plan information is stored. Aspects of the present invention enable the user to directly draft a floor plan figure so that more detailed information may be provided on the real estate article for sale.
