PURPOSE : A method and a system for providing a real estate plane figure service is provided to enable a seller wanting to register real estate to easily make and register a plane figure of the registered real estate.CONSTITUTION : A sale real estate database stores detail information of the sale real estate registered by the user authenticated through a user authenticator(506). A plane figure database stores the plane figure of the registered sale real estates. A client communicator(500) receives a plane figure making request from the user by connecting to a user client. A sale real estate register(504) provides a plane figure making application to the user client and stores the plane figure made by the user to the plane figure database. A database interface(508) connects the sale real estate register and the plane figure database. The sale real estate register includes a sale real estate registration webpage provider, a plane figure making application provider, a sale real estate registration storing part, and a plane figure storage determiner.?
