PURPOSE : A method, a system, and a server for providing an escrow service for dealing in real estate are provided to efficiently, stably, and reliably deal in the real estate by setting an escrow server between a realtor terminal and a bank network, and enabling the escrow server to manage a part of dealing in a real estate.CONSTITUTION : An account of an escrow company is opened in the bank network(100). The escrow server(200) stores various kinds of deal information including seller information and sale price information of a real estate contract, and receives reception information of money deposited to the account of the escrow company by connecting to the bank network. The realtor terminal receives the information from a realtor, assigns a unique ID number to deal information according to the real estate contract inputted from the realtor(300), and transmits the deal information and the unique ID number to the escrow server. A seller mobile terminal(400) receives the reception information from the escrow server.? KIPO 2007
