PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a time map that changes by a time zone and means of transportation on the basis of a time distance from a reference point to a real estate object whereas an effective method has not been available before for arranging an object having a plurality of attributes, such as time spent in commuting and going to school, house rent and a room layout. SOLUTION : This method calculates a distance from the reference point to the target on the basis of one attribute or more about the target having a plurality of attributes and arranges the target on the basis of the distance. For instance, in the case of a system that evaluates and supports a real estate object, the system calculates a time distance up to the real estate object by taking the transfers of various means of transportation, the last train of the day, the last but of the day, waiting time, etc., into consideration on the basis of a reference point, a time zone and available means of transportation designated by a user and prepares and offers a customized time map to each user.
