PURPOSE : A system for relaying a loan for a remaining bid and a control method thereof are provided to help a customer compare loan conditions of each banking facility without visiting each banking facility by providing the load conditions of each banking facility to the customer wanting the loan for a remaining real estate bid.CONSTITUTION : Each banking facility computer(300) manages a loan product having the loan condition for the remaining real estate bid. A loan relay server(100) is connected to each banking facility computer and a customer computer(200) through the network, and receives case information of auctioned real estate requiring the remaining real estate bid from the customer computer. The loan relay server determines the available loan products from wanted the mortgage auction loan from the customer computer, and determines available loan product from the loan product database based on information predetermined to the received case information, calculates an available loan amount of each loan product through an available loan amount program, generates loan condition information of each banking facility based on the available loan amount, and transmits the load condition information to the customer terminal.?
