PURPOSE : A system and a method for providing real estate information are provided to enable a real estate investor to estimate change of a real estate investment precisely according to a development plan by using location information of a geographic object located in an estimated large scale development land closely related to the real estate to be searched.CONSTITUTION : A database(20) stores the location information of the geographic objects including at least one estimated development land based on the development plan, and roads and buildings to be constructed in the estimated development land. An input part(10) inputs unique information of the real estate to be searched. A development information searcher(30) selects one estimated development land including and neighboring the searched real estate corresponding to the inputted unique real estate information, and outputs the location information of the geographic object of the selected estimated development land. An investment value analyzer(40) analyzes economical efficiency of the searched real estate based on the location information of the geographic object output from the development information searcher.
