PURPOSE : A terminal for trading real estate is provided to prevent tax evasion related to real estate trade by transceiving a real estate trading price between a buyer and a seller through a real estate trading terminal.CONSTITUTION : An input part(110) includes a keyboard for inputting information for the real estate, the seller, and the buyer, a card reader reading a cash card of the buyer, and a PIN(Personal ID Number) pad for inputting a password of the buyer read through the card reader. A storing part(120) stores the information received from the input part. A display part(130) displays general details related to the real estate trade. An output part(140) includes a first printer for printing a contract related to the real estate trade between the buyer and the seller, and a second printer for printing a card slip paid in the card reader. A communicator(150) transmits trading details related to the real estate to a management server through the Internet. A controller(160) controls each component to process the real estate trade normally between the buyer and the seller.? KIPO 2007
