PURPOSE : A method for providing real estate information using a server/client terminal, and a computer-readable recording medium storing a program thereof are provided to offer the customized real estate information considering user preference by evaluating real estate using standard and user weight.CONSTITUTION : A user inputs basic information for selecting the real estate using the client terminal(S100). The target real estate corresponding to the basic information is selected by searching a real estate database stored in the server(S110). A score of each evaluation item for the selected target real estate is extracted(S120). An evaluation score of the target real estate is calculated by assigning weight to each evaluation score of the target real estate(S170). The evaluation score of the target real estate is transmitted to the client terminal(S180). The basic information of the real estate includes a location, an area, and a price range of the target real estate.
