PURPOSE : A system and a method for electronically processing real estate transaction are provided to offer diversified real estate services such as purchase, a contract, registration, and a loan by linking with guarantee insurance for the real estate transaction.CONSTITUTION : A member managing terminal(110) registers/authenticates a seller member, a buyer member, and a realtor member, the member, and stores a realtor database for introducing the realtor member close to the buyer or seller member. A real estate information searching module(120) registers/manages real estate information received from the seller member, and provides the real estate information classified into each region, type, and price of the real estate when the buyer member requests search. A negotiating module(130) requests connection with the seller member of the selected real estate, and provides a direct communication to negotiate a transaction price. A contracting module(140) makes the buyer or seller member make a contract according to negotiated contents by providing a contract form, completes the contract by requesting an electronic signature to the buyer or seller member, and issues a receipt after deposit of the transaction price is confirmed.?
