PURPOSE : A method and a system for trading real estate on the Internet in the center of a seller are provided to improve a service quality and enable the seller to negotiate a brokerage with predominance by making the seller select and score a realtor.CONSTITUTION : A realtor is registered as a realtor member through a realtor terminal. The seller is registered as a seller member to sell the real estate. The seller makes contents for the real estate after login as the seller member. The seller searches and selects one of the realtor members. Personal information of the seller member is displayed to the realtor member selected by the seller in a real estate information page.?
