PURPOSE : A method for intermediating swap transaction through the network is provided to enable domestic/overseas owners of real estate to increase the efficiency of real estate asset by conditionally intermediating swap of the only real estate use right between real estate owners.CONSTITUTION : An intermediating server registers personal information, desired real estate information, swapped real estate information, and a swap contract condition from a terminal of the owners wanting the swap(S100). A swap request is received from the owners wanting the swap. Swap transaction cases matched with each other are extracted among the swap requests(S110). A swap contract for permitting the use right to a swap intermediation company is made for the real estate possessed by matched swap requestors(S150).
