PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a useful brand power measuring method for the purpose of brand management of lease property and system therefor. SOLUTION : A reference rent unit cost is calculated from established data of market, and brand power is measured by a simple calculating method that separates a rent unit cost of a target real estate from the reference. In such a case, all functions necessary as an index for brand management can be achieved while fitting in characteristics of real estate by calculating reference rent unit cost calculation from population having the same attribute as that of the target real estate.
