PURPOSE : A matching system for promoting intermediation of real estate and a real estate intermediary method using the same are provided to enable a buyer and a seller to reduce expense/time for finding desired real estate by analyzing a hopeful site of a business category of the buyer, and connecting the buyer and the seller in the Internet when the real estate information of the seller is matched with the real estate information of the buyer.CONSTITUTION : A seller terminal(150) registers the information for the real estate for sale to a central management server(140) through a web server(130). A realtor server(160) registers the information for the real estate requested from the seller to the central server through the web server. A buyer terminal(110) requests the central server to analyze the business category and the real estate for a desired shop through the web server. The central management server analyzes the hopeful site of the desired business category of the buyer, selects an available hopeful zone, analyzes probability/feasibility of the desired business category in the selected zone, and matches the possible business category and a real estate condition of the buyer with the condition of the real estate of the seller.?
