PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate management information system which allows an owner having consignment contracts with a plurality of real estate managing agents to collectively browse management conditions of all the rental properties which the owner has.SOLUTION : The real estate management system is configured in such a way that an owner terminal, trader servers of the real estate managing agents, and a management server to which a database storing management information of the rental properties is connected are mutually connected via a network for allowing communication, and that the database stores owner information including the owner ID and password, basic information of the rental properties, basic management information for rental management and daily management information for daily maintenance at least so as to store in the database by associating all the real estate management information with the owner information for allowing the owner to collectively retrieve and browse the management information on all the rental properties which the owner has.COPYRIGHT : (C)2008, JPO&INPIT
