PURPOSE : A system for sharing profit of direct real-estate rental transaction is provided to prevent time/expense for checking a false rental real-estate and prevent illegal activity applied to a tenant from a malicious realtor or landlord by using a true real-estate verification system.CONSTITUTION : A landlord registers free rental AD(ADvertisement) to a direct real-estate rental transaction website by using a true owner verification system automatically blocking registration of a false landlord. A tenant searches real-estate and makes a rental contract with the landlord in the system. The direct real-estate rental transaction website claims a successful AD charge to the landlord and provides the tenant with a part smaller than the half of the charge received from the landlord as a bonus when the tenant moves in the real-estate.?
