PURPOSE : A system for managing a power rate of a tenant with meter data is provided to bill the power rate to the tenant really using electricity and solve a power rate conflict between the previous and current tenant by calculating/billing the power rate to a previous tenant correctly based on the meter data when moving is reported.CONSTITUTION : A meter data collection/management system(102) supports single-way meter data collection and two-way meter data collection capable of communication/control between a power provider and a customer, applies a standard protocol for smoothly collecting data from various meters, and converts the collected data into a common format. A meter data management database(103) stores/manages the converted data and the data collected by a meterman and self-metering. A tenant power rate management server(106) manages tenant information and power rate data of each real estate by loading the data from the meter data management database, a power rate management database(105), and a customer management database(104), and provides information for each tenant to a real estate owner.
