PURPOSE : A system and a method for conducting a deal in online market for secondhand goods and real estate are provided to realize a direct transaction between a user and a supplier by distributing a database into seven menus having categories respectively, and using information transfer modules.CONSTITUTION : Detailed information of each low level category of seven menus which are made up of two secondhand goods menus and five real estate menus, is registered and stored(101). The detailed information of each low level category is transmitted to a registrant as an e-mail, a short message or a voice mail to be verified(102). A list of each low level category of each menu is formed with the detailed information(103). A user who wants to purchase the secondhand goods or real estate which is included in the low level categories searches keyword orderly wholly or partially from the list(104). The user is able to read the searched information by representing again the search result(105). A purchase order sheet is transmitted by a second transfer module(106).
