PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate information providing method for providing real estate information from a real estate agent to a user who is highly likely to need real estate information. SOLUTION : An information processor 11 for an enterprise is provided with a database in which employee information including the information of the destination of commutation, the current place of residence, and a mail address is registered for each user, and the employee information in which a distance between the destination of commutation and the current place of residence is larger than a predetermined distance is extracted, and transmitted to a management server 14 by referring to a database. The management server 14 specifies a real estate agent within a predetermined range from the destination of commutation of a user on the basis of received user information and real estate agent information associated with the real estate agent, and distributes predetermined information including the mail address of the user to an information providing device 15 of the specified real estate agent.
