PURPOSE : A method and a system for constructing/searching attribute information of real estate to support marketing and a CSS(Credit Scoring System) are provided to enable a businessman to search and receive the attribute information of the real estate by constructing a database storing the real estate attribute information for strengthening the marketing or the CSS.CONSTITUTION : A real estate attribute information database includes a moving table linked with a moving database(100), a real estate attribute information collecting and integrating engine, a real estate registration table linked with a real estate registration database(200), a real estate price table linked with a real estate price database(300), a phone number table linked with a phone number database(400), a derivative real estate information database, and a derivative owner credit information database. A search terminal(700) receives a search condition for searching the real estate attribute information from a user. A search server transfers the search condition received from the user terminal to a search engine.
