PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate evaluation device capable of further appropriately evaluating real estates.SOLUTION : The real estate evaluation device 1 comprises an evaluation database 11 for recording a communication facility evaluation table 21 for associating a plurality of communication facility ranks 24 for communication facilities with a plurality of real estates 22 in a storage device; an evaluation real estate input part 14 for collecting identification information for identifying each real estate; and an evaluation output part 15 for outputting, in reference to the communication facility evaluation table 21, real estate evaluation information showing a communication facility rank corresponding to the real estate concerned of the plurality of communication facility ranks 24. The device 1 can provide a communication facility rank for the communication facility of a preliminarily registered real estate.
