PURPOSE : A method for providing real estate contents to an advertisement display unit of a realtor is provided to enable a realtor to display useful real estate information of the realtor to users in data screen and moving picture forms without any working process by receiving the real estate information from a real estate information providing server.CONSTITUTION : A realtor logs in to a web server and receives a question asking a data input mode(S2), and a data input screen is transmitted in case of the data input mode(S3). A realtor terminal completes data input and inputted data is updated to a database of each realtor(S5). A data input stage is repeated until a termination signal is received(S6). It is checked whether other realtors neighboring to the realtor are found(S8). A time interval value is set up when other realtors are found(S9). The data stored in the database is transmitted and displayed to a display unit of the realtor by setting a time interval to contents of the data(S7).? KIPO 2008
