PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To solve the problem that there is a room for improving the dealing of real estates on a Website.SOLUTION : When an effective application in regard to any real estate is generated from a client 14 to the own device, an auction dealing device 30 includes an application notification section 38 for notifying an ordinary dealing device 50 to that effect. On receiving the notification from the application notification section 38 of the auction dealing device 30, in regard to the real estate on which the above application is made, the ordinary dealing device 50 includes an application suspension section 58 for suspending any application from the client 14 to the own device.
