PURPOSE : A method and a device for providing a real estate information service in a navigator are provided to enable a driver to check real estate information conveniently by displaying a price of real estate included in a digital map of the navigator.CONSTITUTION : A real estate data server(S) stores information such as price information of real estate. A GPS(Global Positioning System)(G) transmits navigation information and real estate information to a navigator(N). The navigator receives/displays the navigation information and the real estate information. The real estate data server checks whether real estate data of new date is received. The real estate data server checks whether the information newly matched with the received data is found by comparing the received data with the previous data. The real estate data server updates the received data to enable the GPS to use the received data with an address of the newly matched information.? KIPO 2008
