PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To allow public other than wealthy persons to participate in an auction object, and to expand an auction market by allowing participation in the auction object using credit from an financial institution even if the auction object is an expensive object such as real estate.SOLUTION : When the credit from the financial institution can be used for the clearance of the auction cost, the number of auction participants can be expected to be increased remarkably, the auction price can be expected to be increased by an increase in the number of auction participants. When concerned persons agree the use of the credit from the financial institution for the clearance cost, the auction system is expected to be managed smoothly. However, it is considered that the credit cannot be received even if application is performed to the financial institution, and the concerned persons spend an unstable period until a propriety is determined. For minimizing uncomfortable feeling, the status of the bid participant is clarified, and the credit from the financial institution is used only when the cash flow of a proposal tender himself/herself is clarified beforehand, thereby minimizing the uncomfortable feeling.COPYRIGHT : (C)2008, JPO&INPIT
