PURPOSE : A real estate development system using project financing cooperated with public and civil fields is provided to realize reasonable and well-balanced real estate development/management by using a computer system without committing the real estate development to only the civil company.CONSTITUTION : A real estate development system includes a real estate development authority server(100), a civil businessman server, a project company server, an asset management company server(400), and a fund management agency server(500). The real estate developer server includes a real estate development authority database and a real estate development authority module. The real estate development authority module includes a project target selecting module, a civil company inviting module, a priority developer selection evaluating module, a project company establishing module, an asset management company establishing module, a target real estate trading module, a project plan checking module, a cost propriety checking module, a project management system constructing module, a facility managing, settling, and operating module, a necessary facility/construction completion guaranteeing module, and a share settling module.?
