PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate auction server that can increase bids and a successful bid rate by presenting objective prices of pieces of real estate.SOLUTION : The real estate auction server connects with a terminal device of a seller who wants to sell a piece of real estate and terminal devices of intending buyers who want to buy a piece of real estate via a communication network, and processes the transaction of the piece of real estate according to real estate information sent from the seller terminal device and bid information sent from the intending buyer terminal devices.
