PURPOSE : A method for transacting real estate by using an IC chip is provided to simplify documents/procedures needed for usually transacting the real estate and manage the real estate transaction effectively at a center by processing the real estate transaction with a real estate transaction IC card.CONSTITUTION : It is checked whether a real estate seller is an owner of real estate when a real estate transaction is made by extracting seller information from an IC chip of a seller card(310). A buyer is authenticated by extracting unique buyer information from the IC chip of a buyer card. The real estate transaction is made between a buyer and a seller based on the extracted information by extracting unique real estate information and real estate setting information from the IC chip of the seller card(355).
