PURPOSE : A server for issuing a real estate transaction IC card is provided to simplify documents/procedures needed for usual real estate transaction and manage the real estate transaction effectively at a center by processing the real estate transaction with the real estate transaction IC cards storing information related to real estate, and issued to a seller and a buyer.CONSTITUTION : A terminal(120) communicates with a real estate management server(100) when real estate transaction is processed by using seller/buyer cards(155, 160). The real estate management server manages and stores real estate transaction information(105) received from the real estate transaction processed by using the seller/buyer card. An issuance server(125) issues the seller/buyer cards and an issuance terminal(150) loads the real estate transaction information received from the issuance server to the seller/buyer cards. The seller/buyer card includes an I/O(Input/Output) interface for inputting/outputting data for the real estate transaction with the transaction terminal, a real estate transaction information application, a transaction amount transfer application, a real estate ownership transfer application, a charge payment application, and an ownership transfer information transmission application.?
