PURPOSE : A method for providing a real estate transaction service using real estate trust on the network is provided to enable a buyer wanting living to buy real estate at almost a half price and enable an investor to invest on the real estate within a desired range by trusting the real estate to a trust company and selling shares dividing the trusted real estate.CONSTITUTION : A real estate transaction service provider server receives real estate information from a seller terminal(210). The server transmits trust information including right information of the trusted real estate to a trust company system(220). The server provides information for a plurality of shares including a part of the right of the real estate to a plurality of buyer terminals, and sells the shares to the buyer terminals(230). The server determines the buyer wanting to live in the real estate and the buyers wanting to invest on the real estate among the buyers buying the shares(240).
