PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a leasehold estate transaction system allowing a lender side and a borrower side to collect desired information and to deal with an article while communicating with a broker as well as a dealer of other industry as required.SOLUTION : In this leasehold estate transaction system, lender terminals 100-110 of users 100A-110A as lenders, borrower terminals 200-210 of users 200B-210B as borrowers, dealer terminals 300-310 of users 300C-310C as dealers, a broker terminal 400, and a broker server 500 are connected to each other via the Internet 600.
