A registration server(60) provides the information including the documents related to the real estate trade to the operator server and performs the process related to real estate registration. A tax accounting server(70) provides the information including the documents related to the real estate trade to the operator server and performs the process related to tax accounting. The operator server provides an administrative and price processing service according to the predefined procedures by connecting to each part until an ownership of the real estate is completely transferred to a buyer from a seller.
