PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To enable to save labor of information collection while the side which offers information can offer information without resistance, or to enable to evaluate real estate without specifying an individual, and consequently to enable to support real estate transactions. SOLUTION : The real estate transactions support system is provided with an object address retrieval part 11 that is a location information input means, an individual factor input part 15 which receives input of individual factors including physical conditions of real estate, an agreement information input part 23 that is a transactions information input means, a duplication/individual specifying possibility/impossibility judgement part 26 which judges whether an individual concerned with the transactions can be specified or not based on judgement whether a plurality of transaction information are memorized in price information DB 31, a latitude/longitude coordinates amendment part 27 which changes location of the real estate when the system judges that the individual can be specified, and price information DB 31 which memorizes location information inputted at the object address retrieval part 11 or location information changed at the latitude/longitude coordinates amendment part 27 by associating it with the transactions information.
