PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate transaction support system capable of registering easily and quickly purchase desiring information including a longitude/latitude of a purchase desiring point.SOLUTION : The real estate transaction support system 10 includes : a WWW server 12; a database server 14; a map database 16; a purchase desiring person PC terminal 18; and a sale desiring person PC terminal 20. The longitude/latitude of coordinates of the purchase desiring point are acquired from the map database 16, when receiving the purchase desiring information of a real estate inputted by a purchase desiring person and when the purchase desiring person clicks the purchase desiring point on a map screen. The purchase desiring information including the longitude/latitude is registered in a purchase desiring information database 26, while correlated with personal information of the purchase desiring person, and an icon indicating the purchase desiring information is displayed on the map screen, based on the longitude/latitude. The purchase desiring information is extracted by searching the purchase desiring information database 26, using sale desiring information of the real estate sale-desired by a sale desiring person as a search condition.COPYRIGHT : (C)2008, JPO&INPIT
