PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To realize invention by using a system by supposing business for promoting the expansion of circulation of a real estate, by promoting transaction such as purchase and sale and a lease of the whole circulating real estates, by solving the problem wherein many of the real estates transacted in the market are not stored in a specific real-estate management system operated by a private enterpriser, and information is circulated in various forms such as a public management system, a document and an oral message such as Rains, and, while a business model of promoting the transaction of the whole circulating real estates neither wholly exists until now, a technological idea for realizing this business nor exists at all.SOLUTION : This real-estate transaction promotion system is provided for managing data for specifying an individual of a customer, managing a purchase amount of the customer in a specific store, and reducing a subtraction amount from the balance of an accumulative purchase amount, by demanding the accumulative purchase amount of the managed customer to the customer by subtracting a real-estate commission, when the customer transacts the real estate in a specific real-estate broker.COPYRIGHT : (C)2009, JPO&INPIT
