A system and a method for trading real estate by trusting real estate are provided to reduce burden of real users and investors by trusting the real estate, dividing the real estate into a plurality of parts, selling a right of each divided real estate to the real users and the investors. A real estate trading management server(121) provides information and current price information of the divided rights of the trusted real estate, manages the divided rights of the trusted real estate by determining an earning dividing rate according to the divided rights for using the real estate or investing money in the real estate, and provides divided right change to the trust management server according to trade. A current price providing server(170) provides the current price information of the trusted real estate to the real estate trading management server.
