PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a selling method for satisfying the request of a general demander, while keeping "fair competition rules for limited provision of prizes in real estate business", etc.SOLUTION : A house selling system includes : a data input means for inputting data to determine a house selling price; a calculation means for calculating the house selling price, based on the input data for determining the house selling price; a display part for displaying the calculated house selling price; and an output part for outputting by printing the calculated house selling price. The data for determining the house selling price includes : a price for the land of the house; a price for the building part of the house; a price for the body of an automobile; the number of usage years of the automobile; and a cost rate.
