PURPOSE : A house lease loan system, a house lease loan method, a system and a method of managing a title, and a storage medium in which a method program is recorded are provided to obtain a loan bond safely, thereby activating house lease loan in a market.CONSTITUTION : A finance organization system makes a bond selling/buying contract with a tenant(20) to buy a house lease return bond. A title insurance system issues a title insurance stock with regard to a real estate. A notification system notifies the tenant of the selling of the bond. A communication system receives a bond selling approval document from the tenant. After title investigation request bond selling notification and the bond selling approval document are received, a title management system(100) checks a registration condition with regard to the real estate from a register book document database(70) to generate and transfer a title report. The title management system generates and transmits the first title checking document to a title insurance system(50) based on a moving-in household research result which is received on a day before a loan expiration date, a spot visiting research result, or a telephone research result.?
