PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide independent crime preventive sensor equipment by a rental system to a tenant (lessor) of a real estate leasehold object, such as, apartment house and cooperative apartment house, and capturing case of act of break-in burglaries.SOLUTION : A safety is secured in a necessary period until leaving the real estate leasehold object after moving therein, a "constraint by a security agreement over 5 years of long period", generated as result of dependence of a mechanical security business concerned is averted, and the provision for a crime preventive countermeasures is secured for the lessors in the apartment house and the cooperative apartment house, by "installing the independent crime preventive sensor equipment by the rental system" for the real estate leasehold object, in a period immediately before the lessor (scheduled tenant) moves therein, after completing a real estate leasehold agreement contracted, between the lessor and a lender (real estate owner).COPYRIGHT : (C)2009, JPO&INPIT
