PURPOSE : A system for monitoring an estate value and a method thereof are provided to check estates which are rather different from the expected value of an estimate. CONSTITUTION : A system(10) for monitoring an estate value comprises an estate value database(13), an estate information database(11) and an estate value prediction controller(12). The estate value database stores information about the actual value of many estates. The estate information database stores the values which are obtained by measuring estate attribute variables of each estate. The estate value prediction controller receives the estate attribute variable measurement value of a target estate, and then predicts the value of the target estate by applying the received measurement value to an estate value prediction model.
