PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To contribute to entry of a user to membership of affiliated stores by returning an incentive corresponding to a real estate financing contract to the user as return points of a card type storage medium.SOLUTION : A return point provision system includes : a point data table T for storing the number of return points which is the incentive of the real estate financing contract as the function information of a financing amount of the real estate financing contract; and a computer 29 and a card reader/writer 11 which refer to the function information stored in the point data table T by using a value of the financing amount inputted from an input part 31 as a key, perform processing for determining the number of return points corresponding to the financing amount value and processing for receiving a point card PC provided from the user and write the determined number of return points in the received point card PC.COPYRIGHT : (C)2010, JPO&INPIT
