PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a real estate value-estimating device which computes an objective and adequate current value.SOLUTION : The real estate value-estimating device includes : an inputting part 1 which inputs exclusive-property information including the selling prices of real estate properties; various kinds of tables 2-5 which store computing conditions that include consumer price indexes for computing the current prices to the selling prices inputted by the inputting part 1; a computation part 6 which computes the current values on the basis of the selling prices inputted by the inputting part 1 and the computing conditions stored in the various kinds of tables 2-5; and an outputting part 7 which outputs statements including the current values computed by the computation part.COPYRIGHT : (C)2010, JPO&INPIT
