PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a credit information analysis server and its method, which compute and output credit information corresponding to the reference information received from an intermediary company server.SOLUTION : The credit information analysis server includes : an affiliate information database 66 which registers attribute information of an real estate as member information; a customer information database 68 which registers existence of delinquent amount and delinquent frequency as the customer delinquent information associating to a customer; and an arithmetic processing part CPU 80 which checks the reference information received from the intermediary company server 70a by collating the reference information with at least one piece of information among telephone number history information, member information, and customer delinquent information, analyzes the reference information, and computes and outputs the credit information corresponding to this reference information.COPYRIGHT : (C)2010, JPO&INPIT
