PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To reduce troubles or operation loads associated with confirmation operation in property search.SOLUTION : In the real estate property search system for providing information of real estate property by use of a server computer 100 connected to the Internet, a desire condition including at least a desire range desired by each tenancy applicant is received, and the tenancy applicant is stored in association with tenancy applicant identification information capable of individually identifying the tenancy applicant. In response to receipt of property information including at least the location of a piece of real estate for which a tenancy applicant is recruited from a provider terminal operable by a real estate provider of the piece of real estate, a corresponding tenancy applicant is specified based on the tenancy applicant identification information stored in conformation to the desire condition satisfied by the property information in which the location contained in the received property information is within the desire range, and the received property information is transmitted to a tenancy applicant terminal of the specified tenancy applicant.COPYRIGHT : (C)2010, JPO&INPIT
